Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Donair Shack. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, as well as sweep, mop, and polish floors.
- Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, including portioning and wrapping foods.
- Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and provide a positive dining experience.
- Supply Management: Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, as well as receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and cupboards.
- Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
