About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Safety and Security Supervisor to join our team at Alpha Security Services.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the activities of security guards, ensuring a safe and secure environment for clients and staff. As a key member of our team, you will provide guidance, training, and support to employees to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the daily activities of security guards, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing swift and effective response to ensure the safety of all parties involved.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular progress reports, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to security guards, enhancing their skills and knowledge to meet client expectations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory or leadership position within the security industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conflict resolution, crisis management, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the capacity to make informed decisions in high-pressure situations.
