Job Title: Security Supervisor Lead

Job Summary: We seek a highly skilled Security Supervisor Lead to oversee our security guard team at Alpha Security Services. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Develop and implement work schedules and procedures to enhance productivity
  • Respond to emergency situations and coordinate activities as needed
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management

Work Environment: Our Security Supervisor Lead will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with various stakeholders, including clients, staff, and law enforcement.

Work Setting: This role is based at our Alpha Security Services headquarters, with occasional travel to various locations.
