Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Product Security Manager to lead our Product Security team in delivering comprehensive security architecture oversight across Embedded Systems, Application Development, and Cloud Infrastructure. This senior role will oversee the development of security processes, risk management, and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders within the company to ensure direct engagement with the Product Security Team
- Manage and facilitate the Security Champions Program, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments
- Coordinate and facilitate the annual SecCon Summit, highlighting industry best practices and emerging threats
- Project Management of department-based deliverables, as well as external department deliverables, to ensure timely completion and quality standards
- Participate in audits representing team deliverables, such as ISO 27001, FedRAMP, SOC2, etc., demonstrating expertise and knowledge
- Identify, classify, and remediate security risks through proactive measures and strategic planning
- Design security-related processes to address compliance requirements and minimize risk
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve security-related risks, promoting a culture of security awareness
- Establish annual department budgets, ensuring resource allocation aligns with business objectives
- Recommend tools and technologies to automate services within the team, enhancing efficiency and productivity
- Develop departmental roadmaps for continual security posture improvement, focusing on innovation and growth
- Oversee the activities and performance of direct reports, providing direction, coaching, and mentorship
- Engage in the development of the team by coaching, providing feedback, identifying areas of growth, and training opportunities
- Collaborate and support employees during the performance management process, meeting Key Performance Areas (KPAs) and career development planning

Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma/degree specialization in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Professional certification in Information Security from a reputable institution (CISSP, OSCP, etc.) highly valued
- 5-8 years of experience in secure development & infrastructure, within a technology-focused industry
- 5-8 years of experience developing or managing teams, showcasing leadership skills and expertise
- Must hold one of the following certifications: OSCP/OSWE/OSEE/eWPTx
