Senior Program Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as Senior Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing senior-level leadership and support to the organization in fulfilling its mission, vision, and values.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of developmental disabilities, mental health issues, and dual diagnosis. You will oversee and ensure program compliance with Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services, public health requirements, funder guidelines, and all relevant legislation.

Your responsibilities will include leading, directing, and managing direct reports in day-to-day operations for multiple locations. You will also participate in the development and implementation of organizational priorities and strategic goals.

As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will be accountable for following and ensuring proper processes are in place at locations based on Ministry regulations and Quality Assurance Measures (QAM).

You will have a relevant degree or diploma in Human Services, Psychology, or other related field, and 3+ years of proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a human services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide senior-level leadership and support to the organization in fulfilling its mission, vision, and values
