  • Program Management :
    Lead and manage multiple high-priority programs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management :
    Engage with senior stakeholders, including Directors, to define program scope, expectations, and resolve any escalated issues.
  • Project Coordination:
    Oversee and drive coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of critical initiatives and adherence to timelines.
  • Risk & Issue Management:
    Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while managing program issues, ensuring minimal impact to program progress.
  • Executive Reporting:
    Provide regular status updates and insights to senior leadership, ensuring visibility into program health and progress.
