Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at High Grade IT Solutions Inc.

Job Summary:

The Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating the organization's financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance. This includes evaluating daily operations, identifying and investigating compliance issues, and planning and controlling budget and expenditures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign financial projects and activities to workers to improve business decisions
  • Coordinate financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance
  • Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Investigate compliance issues and implement corrective actions
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects
  • Design and manage investment strategies
  • Monitor financial control systems
  • Manage contracts and oversee payroll administration
  • Advise senior management on financial matters
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in financial operations or a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 hours per week
