Global VP of Communications Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global VP of Communications to lead and shape our company's communication strategies on a global scale. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of public relations, media relations, internal communications, crisis management, and corporate messaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an integrated strategic communications plan to advance Fix Network and all its business units' brand identities.
  • Initiate research, development, and implementation of new communications programs with performance goals and measurable KPIs.
  • Enhance and guide a public relations strategy to cultivate and enhance meaningful relationships with targeted, high-level external audiences.
  • Work with leadership and staff to recognize internal and external communications opportunities and define and execute appropriate strategies to support them.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of work experience leading a team in the private sector, including direction and oversight of corporate communications and public relations activities.
  • Bachelor's degree or better in Communication, Journalism, and Related Program or related field.
  • Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management.
  • Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Experience in building, mentoring, and coaching a team of communications specialists.
  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • English language written and verbal proficiency is a must; French written and verbal beneficial.
