Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painting and Decorating Supervisor to join our team at Quality Touch Painting Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the painting and decorating operations, ensuring high-quality results, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate painting and decorating projects
  • Train and develop team members to improve skills and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Manage materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain efficient operations
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting and decorating
  • Reliability and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Permanent full-time position with 40 hours per week
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The position requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
