Job Title: Painters and Decorators Supervisor

At Quality Touch Painting Ltd, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Painters and Decorators Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of painters and decorators to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Reliability and strong team player skills.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
