Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at the Kelowna Family Connections Center. As a Speech Therapist, you will work closely with a team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, behavioural consultants, social workers, and school teams to provide comprehensive therapy services to children and youth with support needs.

Our pediatric therapy model places a high value on working with families, not just the child seeking support. Using a parent coaching model, we integrate parents, families, caregivers, and support staff into therapy sessions and teach them the necessary skills to effect change outside of treatment sessions.

We deliver treatment in a variety of settings according to the needs of the family, including the family home, community, clinic, or via telehealth. As a community provider, you will have the opportunity to work closely with partnering organizations on cross-training initiatives and collaborative programming.
