Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Trades Specialist II to join our team at NL Health Services. As a Power Engineer Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the physical infrastructure of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of power generation and distribution systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address infrastructure needs.
- Develop and implement plans to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
- Completion of High School and possession of a valid Fourth Class Power Engineer's Certificate of Competency.
- A valid driver's license is also required.
Working Conditions:
- 75 hours per pay period, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Standby rotation will be required.
Compensation:
- Salary Scale: $27.07 to $30.07 per hour.
