Job Summary

The Professional Golfers' Association of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Golf Operations to lead the management of our golf facilities. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of golf course operations, business management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer all aspects of golf course operations, including activities and relationships between the club and its members, guests, employees, and industry partners.
  • Lead the management team and be responsible for the financial accountability of the golf facilities.
  • Develop and implement business plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure the efficient operation of the golf facilities.
  • Develop and maintain high standards for golf course maintenance, food and beverage services, and customer service.
  • Build and maintain relationships with members, guests, and industry partners to promote the golf facilities and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role in a golf club or similar environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing golf course operations, business development, and customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members, guests, and industry partners.
