Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure quality and freshness
  • Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to provide exceptional customer service and high-quality food products. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends and holidays.
