Your Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior Manager to join our Domestic Tax team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Evaluating client business processes and policies, advising on tax policy and changes to meet market needs, and developing proactive tax strategies to drive business growth.
- Applying specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify, and address tax issues relevant to the client's business.
- Providing technical and project management leadership to team members for Domestic Tax projects or assignments, ensuring quality control standards are in place.
- Identifying and developing strategies for clients to capitalize on business and tax opportunities, including preparing and reviewing tax reorganizations, and reviewing corporate, trust, and estate tax returns.
- Building positive working relationships with clients and providing effective support for engagements.
- Participating in business development initiatives, including identifying new business opportunities with existing clients.
- Engaging in training staff and investing in the professional development of your team.

Your Background
We're seeking a candidate with:
- A CPA designation and In-Depth Tax Program certification.
- At least 7 years of experience in public accounting with a specialization in Tax for a minimum of 3 years.
- Extensive knowledge of tax legislation and compliance.
