We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer Consultant to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our Implementation and Affiliate Relations team, you will play a crucial role in the successful launch and delivery of our SNAP Youth Justice program.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver training sessions to Affiliate sites, utilizing our evidence-based manuals and presentations to ensure a high level of understanding and implementation of the program.
- Nurture ongoing success by providing guidance, support, and troubleshooting to Affiliate sites, ensuring alignment with program requirements and expectations.
- Maintain documentation of consultation, training, and community-related activities, utilizing the SNAP Implementation Tool to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Support Affiliate Sites' quality assurance activities, including monitoring program integrity and accreditation, and facilitating one-on-one meetings to discuss performance and provide tools for improvement.
- Proven clinical experience in delivering individual and group evidence-based cognitive-behavioural multi-modal programming, working with high-risk children and youth, and applying gender-sensitive approaches.
- Strong understanding of the youth justice system, facilities, services, and governing compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and nurture trusting relationships with program sponsors, providers, and participants.
- Ability to work in a highly distractible environment, handling interruptions and refocusing as needed.
- A competitive salary of $62,382 per annum, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
