We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our Manager in Training program. As a Manager in Training, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in sales, operations, customer service, finance, fleet management, and people management.

This is a hands-on training program that will provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in a management role. You will work closely with our experienced team members to learn the ins and outs of our business and develop your leadership skills.

As a Manager in Training, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Managing day-to-day operations, including customer service and fleet management
  • Analyzing financial data to inform business decisions
  • Leading and developing a team of employees

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer satisfaction, have strong communication skills, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment. Requirements:
