Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a range of products, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to meet quality standards.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure efficient production.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand.
- Ensure that all products meet established quality standards.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a baking or pastry production environment.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
