Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Alberta Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality and excellence.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our fast-paced environment requires a team player who can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
