About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at Sigma Communications INC. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for coordinating the organization's financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial and operating plans to achieve business objectives
    • Collect and analyze financial records, including financial statements, budgets, and sales data
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance
    • Review and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
    • Prepare financial statements, reports, and other documents as required
  • Financial Operations and Administration
    • Coordinate the organization's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
    • Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to achieve business objectives
    • Collaborate with senior management and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, or related field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and other financial software
