Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $41.60 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay. Additionally, you will receive a $0.50 night shift premium and a $1 weekend premium. Our comprehensive benefit package includes paid time off, health insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled millwright professional to join our team at Bimbo Bakehouse. As a millwright, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and making repairs as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in mechanical maintenance and repair. You should hold a valid 433A millwright license and have experience working in a food manufacturing environment. CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) knowledge is an asset. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
