Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Mechanic to join our team at Freightliner North Bay. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our fleet of commercial transport trucks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair complex issues with commercial transport truck systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
  • Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Parts Replacement: Replace worn or damaged parts with new ones, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve issues and meet their needs.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
