Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Dispatchers Supervisor to join our team at Falcon Xpress Transportation Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience

Work Environment:

  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 to 45 hours per week
