We are seeking an experienced Receiving & Shipping Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks, including:

  • Maximizing the management of loading/unloading doors
  • Creating and modifying data on each carrier profile
  • Ensuring shipping documents are accurate
  • Completing operational documents properly

Key Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Operations

The Receiving & Shipping Clerk will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse. This includes:

  • Managing the Technicians' screen
  • Preparing bills of lading
  • Providing documents to customers as needed
  • Carrying out required reports

Requirements

  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Work Well Under Pressure and Meet Deadlines
  • Positive and Determined Attitude
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in transport/logistics
  • Experience with AS/400 (asset)
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Aptitude for detail
