Job Summary

We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will play a critical role in the success of our store, making important decisions that directly impact business results and developing and empowering Team Members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Team Members to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Make informed decisions that drive business results and improve store performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve Team Member engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve store objectives
