We are seeking a dedicated Adoption Specialist to join our team at Seven Hills Foundation. As a Case Manager II, you will play a vital role in creating brighter futures for children in need of permanent, loving homes.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive adoption services, including case management, home studies, child adoption assessments, and more.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in social work from a Council on Social Work Education accredited school or a related master's degree. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Human Services with three years of clinical experience working with children, adults, and families may also be considered.
You will be required to maintain valid Massachusetts social work licensure and a valid driver's license. Additionally, access to a reliable, insured vehicle is necessary for this position.
