We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Team Leader to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties to ensure that the sales floor is adequately staffed and that customers receive timely assistance.
  • Authorize the return of merchandise to ensure customer satisfaction and to maintain a positive reputation for our store.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure that the sales floor is adequately staffed during peak periods.
  • Sell merchandise to customers to meet sales targets and to contribute to the overall success of our store.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and to identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our store is adequately stocked and that customers can find what they need.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure that the sales floor is running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Secondary school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multitask.
  • Reliability and dependability.
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
  • MS Outlook.
