Job Summary

Shiaz Foods Inc is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fast Food Service Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
    • Sanitize equipment and utensils according to company standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • Experience in a fast-paced food service environment an asset.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Language
    • English language proficiency required.
