About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our team at iQ FOOD CO. As a Team Member, you will be an integral part of our fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment, working closely with our cross-trained team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.
- Prepare and present high-quality food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Assist with food preparation, including cooking, plating, and garnishing dishes.
- Provide support during busy service periods, including expediting orders and maintaining a smooth service flow.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in food preparation, customer service, and teamwork.
Requirements:

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of $16.55, with opportunities for additional compensation for CPR certification or Food Handlers certification.
