Store Operations Manager Replenishment Nights

Job OverviewAs a Store Operations Manager, you will assist the Store Manager and Manager In Training with key responsibilities including:
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and managing store personnel to achieve sales goals and control expenses
- Meeting and exceeding sales standards of performance
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to employees while enforcing company policies and practices. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate store needs to management.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager or Manager In Training
- Communicate stock replenishment needs to relevant departments
- Recognize talented staff and develop them for growth within the company
- Provide a fun, full-service experience to all customers
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Bilingualism as required (Quebec only)
- Ability to work 40 hours per week and night shifts
- Completion of all training programs leading up to Co-Manager position or equivalent training
The estimated salary range for this role is between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
