Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our Property Management team at Whistler Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of property management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship.
  • Manage property inspections, reporting, and documentation.
  • Assist with tenant communication, including rent payments and lease renewals.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure efficient and cost-effective services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to management.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
