About the Role

The Data Governance Product Manager will play a key role in shaping the data governance strategy for Verily's Precision Health Platform. They will be responsible for defining the data governance requirements, developing product features and capabilities, and working closely with legal and privacy teams to ensure compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience developing products in the data governance space, with a deep understanding of data governance principles, frameworks, and technologies.

In this role, you will develop and maintain a comprehensive data governance product strategy aligned with the organization's overall data management and business objectives. You will define product requirements, use cases, and success metrics for data governance solutions. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and operational teams to translate product requirements into functional specifications and user-friendly interfaces. You will oversee the implementation and integration of data governance solutions with existing systems and processes.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. They should have experience with enterprise/B2B product management, building on FHIR, and familiarity with FHIR IGs.
