Position Summary

This Senior Manager - Test Data role leads the Test Data Management (TDM) team and collaborates with testing teams to develop effective test data strategies. A strong background in test data management, experience working in a banking environment, and excellent leadership skills are required. The successful candidate will drive innovation in test data management practices and support overall quality assurance efforts.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing improvement plans to enhance team performance and cost structure
  • Leading service, resource, and financial planning for the team
  • Mentoring team members to foster their growth and development
  • Oversight of high-quality test data set creation, maintenance, and provisioning
  • Collaboration with testing teams to select and adopt efficient test data methods
  • Identification and implementation of process improvements to streamline TDM functions
  • Ensuring compliance with IT security guidelines and data protection regulations
  • Coordination with stakeholders to review test data requirements and manage expectations
  • Implementation and maintenance of TDM tools, processes, and methodologies
