* Administer programs to encourage industrial and commercial development
* Plan development projects and conduct surveys to analyze data on consumer buying habits
* Develop social and economic profiles of areas to encourage investment
* Conduct research and analyze data to assess development potential and future trends
* Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals
* Design market research questionnaires and conduct research projects
* Develop and implement business plans

* Bachelor\u2019s degree
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in MS Office and MS PowerPoint
