SAVEMORE PLUMBING, HEATING & ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES LTD is seeking a skilled Sales Retailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding shopping experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks at once, and maintain a high level of accuracy when processing sales transactions. You will also be expected to maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, as well as provide advice to customers on their purchasing decisions.

We are offering a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as a generous commission structure and opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing information.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, using cash handling procedures and maintaining a secure cash environment.
  • Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and making recommendations.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and management.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • A strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and shifts.
