About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Siding Contractor to join our team at Admiral Operations Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping

Prepare and submit production reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Team Supervision

Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors and project teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Activity Coordination

Coordinate and schedule activities, including material procurement and equipment maintenance, to ensure smooth project execution.

Training and Development

Develop and implement training programs for contractors and project teams, enhancing their skills and knowledge.

Personnel Management

Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures, to ensure a high-performing team.

Supply Chain Management

Procure and manage materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality delivery.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Hours

30 hours per week.
