Job Title: Renovation Carpenter

Bhullar Excavating and Demolition Inc is seeking a skilled Renovation Carpenter to join our team. As a Renovation Carpenter, you will be responsible for renovating and maintaining residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements.
  • Prepare layouts and measurements to ensure compliance with building codes.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.
  • Prepare tenders and quotations for clients.
  • Install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
  • Schedule and coordinate work on sites.
  • Survey building locations and levels.
  • Estimate costs and materials.
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures.
Work Environment:

The work environment is physically demanding and may involve working in noisy conditions. The work setting is primarily in construction, with various locations and renovation projects.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
Benefits:
