Business Analytics Specialist

Your Opportunity at SECURE EnergyAs a Business Analytics Specialist, you will bridge the gap between business and technology, aligning technology solutions with business objectives, facilitating communication, and ensuring analytics meet organizational needs. This role is responsible for developing a deep understanding of overall business objectives and aligning analytics strategy to support and enhance those goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of overall business objectives and align analytics strategy to support and enhance those goals.
- Identify key business trends, opportunities, and challenges that can be addressed through data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their near and long-term goals and challenges; create and align on analytics roadmaps.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
- Prioritize Business Intelligence Technology & Security (BITS) related activities to ensure value creation is balanced with resource availability.
- Post-secondary education in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to understand business, operations, and technology.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
- Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- A team player who values relationships and collaboration and can bring people together to solve problems.
