Business Analytics Specialist

Your Opportunity at SECURE EnergyAs a Business Analytics Specialist, you will bridge the gap between business and technology, aligning technology solutions with business objectives, facilitating communication, and ensuring analytics meet organizational needs. This role is responsible for developing a trusting relationship between operations and the Business Intelligence Technology & Security (BITS) organization, focusing on analytics delivery, innovation, problem-solving, and improving customer experience to gain competitive advantages.

A Day in The Life- Develop a deep understanding of overall business objectives and align analytics strategy to support and enhance those goals.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their near and long-term goals and challenges; create and align on analytics roadmaps.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
- Work alongside other data and analytics teams to ensure business continuity and improvements.
- Collaborate with BITS teams to ensure foundational toolsets and capabilities support long-term business objectives.
- Deliver a "How can I help" philosophy for customers, providing training and support to end-users to maximize the effective use of technology.
