Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team at Rite Spot Pizza & Steakhouse. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers
  • Advise customers on menu selections and provide recommendations
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Serve food and beverages to customers
  • Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience

Requirements

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
