Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Rite Spot Pizza & Steakhouse. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Present bills to customers and process payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.

Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a work schedule of 30-40 hours per week. The work language is English.
