At Global Excel Management Inc., we are seeking an experienced Strategic Transformation Leader to join our team.

Job Description

The Senior Advisor will play a crucial role in leading the change management efforts for an ongoing transformation. This position requires a strong understanding of organizational development and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

A typical day for this position may include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive change management strategy that aligns with the organization's goals.
  • Leading stakeholder analysis work sessions to identify and address potential resistance, risks, and communication needs.
  • Collaborating with the communication team to design and execute effective communication plans that ensure clarity across all levels of the organization.
  • Developing and facilitating training strategies to prepare employees for change and ensure adoption.
  • Working closely with project management teams, HR, and other stakeholders to integrate change management into the overall project plan.
  • Conducting impact assessments to understand how the transformation will affect workflows, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Providing regular updates and progress reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Overseeing the development of tools and materials to support transition efforts, including FAQs, guides, and training resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in change management on large-scale technology implementations.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful change strategies for enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Certification in change management is strongly preferred (PROSCI, ADKAR, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic project environment.
  • Bilingual French and English (both written and verbal), with strong English written communication skills.
