Job Summary

LED GIANT is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing staffing requirements, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Planning: Analyze business needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Recruitment Management: Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, applicant screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Employee Onboarding: Ensure a seamless transition for new employees, including orientation, benefits enrollment, and compliance with company policies.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate records, process personnel transactions, and provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in HR software and systems.

  • Hours: 32 hours per week.
