We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible hearing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and provide personalized recommendations for hearing aid solutions.
- Fit and adjust hearing aids to ensure optimal performance and patient satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support and education to patients to help them get the most out of their hearing aids.
- Collaborate with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and referral sources to drive repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- Registration as a Hearing Instrument Specialist in the Province of Manitoba.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service.
