We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Auto Realm Inc.

Job Summary

The Inventory Control Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery used for inventory management.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies related to inventory management.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
Work Environment

The Inventory Control Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to handle heavy loads and work under pressure.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years an asset.
