Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will use their technical expertise to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Use technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
  • Implement communications standards across a portfolio of programs, including executive and key partner communications.
  • Manage program reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and resource stewardship to achieve measurable efficiency and utilization gains.
  • Lead a governance structure that drives executive decision-making and ensures governance structures expose and mitigate dependencies.
  • Identify change management opportunities that increase program velocity and affect multiple teams.
  • Define and manage a program portfolio solving problems that focus on business impact for the organization and product area.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, including project planning, PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira), task management, SCRUM methodology, and Agile methodology.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including product roadmaps, product lifecycle management, and requirements gathering.
  • 5+ years of work scope experience, including working directly with engineering teams, managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps.
  • Experience with MS Project, MS Office, and MS Sharepoint.
  • Experience managing large-scale programs that impact multiple areas.
