About the Role
  • As a Senior Web Designer, you will work closely with our marketing team to maintain and build new websites, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and usability.
  • You will investigate and resolve technical and operational website issues, implementing best practices to optimize site performance, SEO, compliance and UI/UX.
  • You will develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies, analyzing their effectiveness using Google and SEM tools.
  • You will take web design briefs from initial concept to final deliverable, creating visually appealing and functional websites.
  • You will create marketing and transactional email templates from wireframes and designs.
  • You will stay current with industry best practices, applying them to improve site performance, SEO, compliance and UI/UX.
  • You will collaborate with the group web development team to ensure seamless integration and effective problem-solving.
Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in web development and design, recent college/university graduates will be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Web Tools, WordPress, leading plugins, object-oriented programming, and PHP.
  • Ability to diagnose and solve website issues with WordPress and various site tools.
  • Experience with WooCommerce, Shopify, UI/UX wireframe design, Webflow, and marketing automation systems.
  • LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND ABILITY TO MANAGE MULTIPLE PROJECTS SIMULTANEOUSLY.
