As a Paramedic Process Innovation Specialist, you will be part of our team that works to create a healthy and thriving community. Your expertise in process innovation and collaborative culture will help us improve our services and make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
This role requires a university degree or equivalent experience in a health-related discipline and at least 5 years of related and progressive experience in hazard recognition or risk mitigation. You must have experience working in a project environment with sound knowledge of project management methods and practice.
You will be responsible for leading the development, integration, and acceptance of the Collaborative Culture of Safety framework within our organization. This involves providing expert advice on collaborative culture, process improvement, and organizational culture, as well as facilitating working groups through project initiatives.
The salary range for this position is $89,469 - $111,834 per annum, plus comprehensive benefits. We offer flexible hours supporting your wellness and wellbeing, annual performance review, and merit increases based on performance.
