We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Computer Technology Teacher to join our team at the Toronto Catholic District School Board. As a Computer Technology Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Computer Technology courses to students in grades 9-12.
Key Responsibilities- Teach Computer Technology courses to students in grades 9-12, including Computer Technology, Grades 9 & 10 and Computer Technology, Grades 11 & 12.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum and instructional strategies.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in teaching and learning.
- Must be certified and in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers.
- Qualifications in Computer Technology, Grades 9 & 10 and/or Computer Technology, Grades 11 & 12.
- Practicum reports for teacher evaluations and/or for experienced teachers, teacher performance appraisal(s).
- Resume and Cover Letter addressed to the Sr. Manager of Recruitment, Human Resources.
- Two (2) Associate/Host Teacher references, or an alternate reference source (such as a Principal).
