Job Title: Senior Financial Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Director to join our team at Titan Security Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring the effective management of financial resources, and making strategic decisions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with initiative
